Pedro Pinto is the founder and CEO of Empower Sports, an international sports communications agency with its headquarters in Lisbon. He advises athletes, coaches, sports organizations and broadcasters on communications, PR and digital content. Empower Sports has collaborated with various reputable clients including Euro 2016 winners Nani, Cedric, João Mário and Danilo and coaches Paulo Fonseca and Pedro Martins.

Pedro has over 20 years experience in the sports industry having worked as a journalist, broadcaster and communications director. Pedro was a presenter and correspondent for CNN International in Atlanta and London and also had the role of UEFA Managing Director of Communications from 2014 to 2018 where he was in charge of the press office, digital platforms and corporate channels.
