Francesca Buttara
Francesca Buttara is the head of Public Affairs of the Italian Professional Football League, commonly known as Lega Pro, the governing body that runs the third highest football division in Italy. She also is an advisor to the board of directors of the Italiacamp Association.
She has over ten years of experience in Public Affairs, Strategic Communication and Media Relations in corporate and institutional sectors.
She previously worked for the Unipol Group, one of the most important insurance groups in Italy, for Deloitte Consulting and at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, in the Department for Equal Opportunities and in the Department for Information and Publishing.
She started her career at Reti, a leading Italian lobbying and PR company, where she has managed a portfolio of clients in the energy, infrastructure, justice and tobacco sectors.
She currently contributes to the development of Prioritalia, a foundation set up by Manageritalia and Cida to promote the civil and social commitment of managers.
After a degree in Political Science at Luiss Guido Carli, she attended an executive program in Corporate Communication and Stakeholder Engagement at Luiss Business School.
