Fabio Cintioli is full professor of administrative law at the University of International Studies of Rome (UNINT). He is a lawyer of the free forum, deals with administrative law and competition law, ranked in band 1 in Chambers International. He was ordinary magistrate, magistrate of the TAR and magistrate of the Council of State, legal advisor to the President of the Senate, General Secretary of AGCM and member of the Legislative Committee of the Lombardy Region.
