Born in Parma, Monica is a professional journalist graduated in Communication and Entertainment Sciences, and earned a master’s degree in Sports Journalism.    
After several years of apprenticeship on TV, radio and local newspapers, she landed at Sportitalia in 2013; in 2014 she moved to SkySport and after two years she joined Mediaset, for PremiumSport. She conducted news and sports broadcasts, including those one related to the Champions League and the Serie A championship.        
Mediaset entrusted her with the conduction of a program, Casa Russia, and the role of commentator in broadcasts (Balalaika, Tiki taka, Mai dire Mondiale) on the occasion of the 2018 World Cup.
She followed the last edition of the Giro d’Italia for RCS sport which is the promoter of the event.
