Emis Killa, stage name of Emiliano Rudolf Giambelli, born in 1989, is an Italian rapper from Milan.

He approaches rap at the age of 14, cultivating passion for freestyle; in 2007 he was the winner, becoming Italian champion, of an Italian freestyle competition called ‘TecnichePerfette’.

Later, he decided to abandon freestyle to devote himself to writing lyrics.
He joined the Block Recordz crew, with whom he published his first work ‘Keta Music’ in 2009, but it was “Champagne e spine,” a street album that consecrated him as the Italian young rap promise.

In 2012 was released the album ‘L’erba Cattiva’, which gave him his first Platinum and led him to win the Best New Generation award at the TRL Awards and the Best Italian Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards.

The following year, 2013, was released ‘Mercurio’, which, in the Mercurio 5 repack – stars edition, contained the unreleased song Maracanã, created as soundtrack of the Sky Sports World Championships.

Emis Killa’s third album ‘Terza Stagione’ was released in 2016, followed by the fourth one, ‘Superhero’ (2018), a Platinum Record.

In 2020 he collaborated with Jake La Furia making the joint album ‘17’, which soon became a Gold Record.
