Born in Afragola (Naples) on the 12th of March, 1974, Vincenzo Spadafora is the Minister for Youth Policies and Sport.

His career began at a very young age in international humanitarian projects. In 2008 he became the youngest President in UNICEF history.

On november 29, 2011 he was appointed as Ombudsperson for Children and Adolescents.

On march 4, 2018 he was elected Deputy of the italian Republic.

Since June 2018 till September 2019 he was appointed Under Secretary of State for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, with Equal Opportunities and Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service powers.
